Lawyer registered at the Paris Bar since 1991, Myriam Moatty holds an advanced post graduate diploma (DEA) in Industrial Property and Copyright law (University of Paris II – Panthéon Sorbonne).

She worked as an associate lawyer with Marcel LEGRAND and Michèle LESAGE CATEL (IP law specialists) for 5 years, which enabled her to gain strong experience in this field.

She joined the firm of Pierre Cousin in 1996 and became his partner in 2003.

She is mentioned in CHAMBERS EUROPE 2012 guide as well as in WTR World Leading Trademark Professionals as an “absolutely superb litigation specialist”. She also features in Industrial Property and New Technology rankings by OPTION DROIT & AFFAIRES 2012 magazine, among specialized lawyers in patent litigation and in trademark and design law, as well as in rankings of Innovation & Protection by DECIDEURS 2012 as “inescapable” in patent litigation and “excellent” in trademark and design law.
